Hi, my name is Alex. I am a solo esthetician and facial expert. I treat a variety of skin types and concerns such as dry, oily, sensitive, combination, acne prone, and gracefully aging skin. CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be aware that there is a 50% cancellation fee for any no call no shows or cancellations not made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. No call no shows will be blocked from booking. Please contact me if you are experiencing an emergency. There is a 10 minute grace period for late arrivals, after 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and will be considered a no-show (I will reach out first before canceling). Please contact me if you are on your way, but not going make it by the 10 minute grace period. We can discuss possible next options for you.
